Guests get a box of chocolates when they enter their roomy suites, some of which have amazing view of Central Park. This hotel dates back to 1927 exudes a classic New York City vibe and has outstanding service and luxury. Some felt it was a bit stuffy, though.

The exclusive Boutique shops of 5th Avenue and the Sherry Netherland was a big disappointment.
The location is the best in the city , and the people that work there were unbelievable, the Hotel is incredible, the front desk is small and the reception is friendly and personal.
A real great location / excellent service / a a large room that was very comfortable, the Sherry Netherland was a big disappointment and lori at the front desk was the best.
