During the check-in, we had the impression that one first tries to give worse rooms. Only the third room offered was as booked.

The bed was very comfortable! Carpets are such a thing! They face dirt!
The lady at the reception promised me on arrival that I would clarify this with the Marriott Rewards, especially since we were just at the Marriott in Copenhagen! Although I stopped by her again, she didn't respond. Pity!

Location
When we arrived they put us on the 3 rd floor where they were renovating. The noise was incredible. They went on till late in the evening. We could not access our room by the regular elevator. No one told us to use a different one. We were unable to access the pool because the elevator was off. We did not receive turn down service. The whole thing was a disaster.
