Setai Hotel Miami Beach - 迈阿密海滩

Great location near other hotels and clubs; beautiful pool (and guests); great food.

The location is excellent and grounds of the hotel are beautiful.

The best bit, getting in a taxi at Miami and giving the driver the address, "yes maam that is the best address and hotel in maimi" he stated!

The final straw was the day we were to depart for the airport.

While the new room had a bathtub it was in the bedroom, ugly, and 2 feet directly in front of the bed!

The tower suite was awesome - unbelievable views, great layout, huge bathroom, comfortable bed, all-in-all we were totally psyched by the room and glad we upgraded.

I do agree it was quite expensive but our room over looking the courtyard was lovely, his and her basins, a wetroom shower and bath tub in the bedroom.

1) On arrival with two jet-lagged kids, we wanted our bags in our rooms quickly so we could bath the kids and put them to bed.

The room I had was a super clean room with a great bed to sleep in but once I got in shower the hot water ran out on me for a minute and I almost fell from the tempature shock.

If you are faced with a choice between the two restaurants, forget the played out atmosphere of Nobu (which is rather different from NYC) and go for quite, relaxed The Restaurant with great decor and even greater cuisine.

The prices are not too bad, we only ate room service and at the pool restaurant but the food was lovely and the staff pleasant, we also has a couple of drinks at the large bar and that was funky and cool.

The food was EXCELLENT, the concierge was able to secure us reservations at all the top restaurants within a half hour of our request (Nobu, Casa Tua and the Setai Restaurant).

I was there one night before my husband, went to the concierge on duty and asked for a good restaurant bar I could eat at without being bothered.

After getting turned down at every restaurant (they were so dead there, they were shutting down the kitchens earlier than usual) we had to order room service at the main bar.

Service was impeccable, pool staff and pool was wonderful.

It was such a pleasure, the staff, housekeeping service always down but I never saw anyone.

Overall, the Setai offers a wonderful experience with beautiful rooms, thoughtful staff (the concierge desk was extremely friendly and helpful), an excellent pool area and relaxing spa.

The service was amazing throughout the hotel, staff was super attentive and friendly, the suite was perfect.

Huge jacuzzi baths, excellent breakfast and nice pool.

With the poolside gym, day spa and three restaurants, there just wasn't any reason to venture out of the hotel.

The spa was excellent and the 90 minute Balinese couples massage was phenomenal,.

The rooms are amazing because they are the best in South Beach and the pu blic areas are faultless spotless clean.

The best place in Miami, great service and the room I had was a super clean room.
