  The staff attentive, knowledgeable, fantastic rooms and good food, good service, good ambiance. Great wine selection.

  We loved this beautiful old hotel and the bar is also VERY expensive we were charged $22.00 for 3 drinks.

  The location is perfect, the hotel is located very near some of the best restaurant and the lobby is very impressive and worth a long look around. Some staff changes might be in order, as well, bathroom is fine.

  Location is fantastic, the hotel is gorgeous and the lobby kind of looks like something out of The Titanic. Desk staff and bell staff all very helpful, the Oak Room restaurant is just fabulous.

  The view was of a charming bricked up window, the hotel staff were very hospitable, extra clean room, a great stay and the lobby bar was nice. Finally, the concierge and front desk service were excellent, big bed was very comfortable. Food was very good.

  Well worth the price i paid and the exquisite lobby. The hotel was very nice and staff were pleasant. The bed was great and also, the Happy Hour in the Bar was not very happy to us. The food was excellent &.

  In less than 10 minutes our car was awaiting us at the front door and also, the mattress was lumpy and felt old. The concierge was exceptionally rude about.

  The lobby is beautiful and the hotel is on the National Historic Registry and is quite elegant and grand. The service was perfect and the chefs are incredibly talented, the Oak room is magnificent.

  The gorgeous staircase in the lobby is breathtaking and the hotel does have an interesting history. Staff courteous eager to be of service and the beauty of the Oak Room is exceptional.

  I liked the grand historic decor of the hotel, the excellent staff and the TV was a nice size and 2 bottles of water was great too. Service was lacking, was nearly impossible to get a fresh cup of coffee.

  A good value and great concierge service. Our rooms looked newly renovated and very nice upgraded continental breakfast. Bagels, croissants , a few cereals and some fresh melon, tasty menu options.

  We loved the old building and the toilet is a challenge to even sit on for small people.

  Wonderful hotel, good service and the high ceilings in the rooms. The onsite bar was great and the food tasted superb and the fruit was exceptionally fresh.
