I found to be located in an excellent location at Parramatta being central in the heart of the CBD, staff were good and facilities of the room were great.

The location in the heart of Parramatta was fantastic and the staff were efficient.

The location in Church st was good and the restaurant in the hotel was excellent.

The front desk service were great, the bed was comfortable and we thought the buffet breakfast was very good.

Great design, well the in house parking and room is very hot in the evening because of sun light direct to the window.

Furthermore there are so many restaurants close by.

River view is beautiful and peaceful, i liked because is near the restaurants.

The bathroom clean and shopping facilities as well as the secure parking.

Friendly and provided a high level of customer service, the 2nd room I was given was clean and spacious.
