Fairly affordable price compared to similar quality hotels along the Sunshine Coast.
The lack of being in prime real estate I would imagine also brings the price down considerably when compared to other similar hotels in more upmarket areas.
Great location and a better beach is located about 15 minutes walk away.
Top location -perfect for one night or a month-Affordable luxury and the hotel is close to heaps of fast food places.

We had a two bedroom apartment with a very modern full kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, fridge, oven, cook top), 2 bathrooms with a shower and toilet in both and a spa in the ensuite!
Our apartment had 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living spaces and a large balcony with excellent sea views so all in a huge space & brilliant value for money.
The views were awesome, the hotel itself the apartment that we stayed in were excellent and our suite was very modern and spacious.

We dinned one night at a little Moroccan restaurant down the road - wonderful food and service - ask at your chosen property they will know what it is called.

Front desk staff are really helpful and pleasant, the good: The rooms are brilliant.
Staff were friendly and helpful, the receptionist checked us in out out was fantastic.
The reception staff were exceptional, the climate control inside was fantastic.
Location reasonable from the beach, tHE PLACE NEEDED A PROPER CLEAN and the staff were also really lovely and attentive.
Sauna are lovely, made good use of the two heated spa's.
The pool was a fairly small but the massive spa made up for it.
A nice pool area are great too and the hotel is close to heaps of fast food places.
