Had a pleasant stay at this hotel during Christmas. Liked the serene atmosphere, friendly staff, and the fact that it is located near popular tourist attractions. The breakfast spread was also good and had plenty of options.
There were a few drawbacks such as the need for room maintenance and the unavailability of certain amenities as advertised. The toiletries provided were minimal and we had to request for more, while the swimming pool was dirty and appeared unclean.

It was an easy walk to citta mall. Free parking was provided to the guests...
Nothing to complain about at all.

I loved having a terrace in my room, and the coffee table and couch were an added bonus, plus the free Wi-Fi worked perfectly.

Cleanliness: The room was very nice and well-maintained. Hotel facilities: The hotel had a cozy lobby and a beautiful view of the lake from the room. Transportation: The hotel provided a free on-demand shuttle bus to the golf course. Location to the restaurants around the property: There was a large food court with a variety of options within walking distance.

The spa treatments were great and very relaxing. The pool area was nice and quiet, a perfect spot for couples. The location was convenient for exploring the city.
The service was slow and not very attentive. not worth the price for the room.
