Stunning setting, really helpful and extremely helpful staff.

It has easy, ideal setting, right by accommodating staff at Sanibel Arms West, and clean beach. The rooms are beautifully maintained and tastefully decorated, with a microwave oven, a fridge, and a dining area. The staff are attentive and knowledgeable.

Loved having a microwave oven, a fridge, and a dining area in the well furnished room. This location was ideal, really close to the beach, walking paths and main drag, Sanibel Island, and Sanibel Arms West for years. Also, Periwinkle Way was 1 mile away from the hotel.

The location was perfectly comfortable and the free parking was onsite. So very helpful and genuinely helpful staff, gave a lot of information. We appreciated this hotel and would definitely return here.

Location short walk to the east side beach and great restaurants. Genuinely helpful employees with nice manners. Plenty of goodies for breakfast.

Location: the hotel was so close to Very close to the ocean, a beautiful island, and Periwinkle Way. Also, stayed near many attractions within 15 mins on foot from The Dunes.

We wanted a quiet and relaxing vacation, and that's exactly what we got. The newly remodeled unit was clean and had everything we needed. The location right on the beach was perfect, and our six-year-old loved it even more than Disney World! The caged pool area was a great feature, and we enjoyed the screened porch with its comfortable chairs and partial ocean view. We can't wait to come back next year!

So relaxed fabulous beach. Saw dolphins on beach 3 days in a row. Shame there was no babies pool but beach worked fine for the 15 month Old. Pool too deep for 3 yr old and 15 mr old. Provision of beach chair nice bonus!! Lots if laundry facilities. Went for 6 nights and stayed 1 more, didn't want to leave. Some condos are a tiny bit old fashioned but not tired and very clean. Screened in balconies added bonus for kids !

Really enjoyed the place, had a really good stay for a family vacation. The rooms were both nicely decorated, spotless, complete with a balcony, King size beds.

Excellent value for money - this hotel offers spacious and clean apartments with a view of the ocean from the balcony. The location is perfect - very close to the beach and conveniently located for the Adventures in Paradise Sunset Cruise and exploring the dining options on the island. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. The rooms are well-maintained with comfortable beds and balconies.

No issues - everything was great!

We were so impressed with the well-kept and clean condos they provided. Everything was updated and the location was perfect for a get-away to the beach. We plan to visit this same complex again next year for a longer period of time and bring some extended family with us!

The condo office did not notify us that when checking in on a Sunday afternoon, we would find the key to our condo in a lockbox located outside the office. The phone message company didn't volunteer this information to us until we told them we were suppose to check in and no one was available. They gave the code to the lockbox to my husband as an afterthought. That gave us a little scare at first, but then everything went really well. I would have expected an email from the condo office explaining this procedure.

The apartments were very clean, very comfortable and extremely clean. if I ever went to Sanibel again Sanibel Arms West would be my nu,ber one choice.
