The Sanctuary At Kiawah Island is 30 minutes away from Charleston and has incredible rooms, impeccable service, a great spa, and five 18-hole golf courses. The white sand beaches seem to go on forever. The prices are high, but it's worth it, especially for the food.

          Wonderful hotel, the service was lovely and understated, the bed was probably the most comfortable I've ever slept in. The food was fantastic at all the restaurants we tried.

          Beautiful hotel and staff very friendly and helpful. A really nice suite and tasty food. Lionel makes a wonderful omelet, one of the best choice for a getaway and the large Spa.

          The beach was fantastic, the food was good to very good and the dining areas quite attractive, the hotel staff were very friendly. The lobby was really well appointed, service was superb and the bed was very comfortable and the linens were nice. Our dinner on boxing day at tomasso was brilliant and the Spa was fantastic, the best treatments I have ever had at ANY spa.

          The beach is magnificent and the rooms are beautiful and large, and ours had an ocean view. The hotel staff is wonderful and all buildings/restaurants are gorgeous. All other accommodation are large and the spa is lovely.

          The service is exceptional and not at all stuffy, also, the complimentary coffee is awful. Dinner menu are very limited.

          By the way, the ocean grill restaurant is fantastic and pool area is very nice. The place is 100% beautiful, the Spa is out of this world and the staff is awesome, the rooms are spacious, well appointed.
