        Faded gem in an excellent position and hotel in a very good location. Staff very friendly, light and airy room, breakfast nice only medium sized portions.

        Great location too and free parking available nearby, all in all excellent value for money. Lovely reception friendly and hot water for a bath and a good breakfast. Well the reheater of food.

        The location was excellent, the breakfast service was very good as was the welcome at reception and the view from our room was nice over regency buildings. The staff were friendly and beds were well made and comfortable.

        Feb 11/13 the food was awful and much of had to sent back to the kitchen, the toilet seat was broken.
