The perfect location matches the perfect service at this hotel that is close to the White House. It is a classic property but has been restored and updated appropriately through the years. The lobby has beautiful Italian Renaissance chandeliers, and the rooms are so nice that you will not want to leave. There is even an Alain Ducasse restaurant to enjoy a great meal in.

Staff are very professional and the room of course is spotless.

Luxurious rooms, good breakfast and perfect poached eggs. This smoothed the way for a lovely carefree dinner as well.

Location is just perfect, the windows are well insulated, and block out street noise, now that's the kind of service you expect from a luxury hotel. The staff is very friendly, courteous and very professional, the rooms are pretty spacious, lunch at the bar here and could not have been treated better. The food is good, an impressive wine list to satisfy every wine lover and the facility is the most beautiful I've seen in D.

The restaurant is pretty good, and the location is decent, the hotel lobby is beautiful. Great staff only blocks from the White House and concierge amazing recommendations and reception people a little cold. Room is very nice and the food is excellent.
