The staff is impeccable and the food at the Ame restaurant is amazing. Guests have every amenity and service they could ever want.

Excellent staff, great bed and we also at breakfast at Vitrine and the service there was wonderful.
The bathroom was quite spacious, the sauna was adequate and the breakfast restaurant was excellent as well.

Overall, ok hotel, nothing special and wouldn't go back, too bad the spa didn't have a basic suit to sell.

Just steps from designer shops and the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art is next door. Hotel itself is very nice, regis staff members are one of the friendliest we have ever experienced and this bar is a big vacuous room, lacking warmth and congeniality. Towels are soft and constantly refreshed and well stocked, the gym is quite nicely outfitted and extremely clean.

Good location and very unpleasant stay. Great very helpful staff and the concierge was excellent. The bed was very comfortable, the bar and restraunt were excellent, attentive, efficient and beautiful, the food was served on very attractive Vera Wang china.
