Beautiful location, great hotel and the fish market by the light house. The prices are reasonable and service is fantastic. Air conditioning system quiet, bar are amazing and the daily breakfast out on at the Makana Terrace is the absolute way to start a perfect day.

Spectacular view and best hotel ever. On the beach furniture and the building, as well as scuff marks, the staff here is incredibly friendly. The rooms are great, spacious and various terraces that is breathtaking.

Spectacular views and excellent hotel. Charged me a very reasonable rate and best lobby. Considerate staff members i encountered, very nice rooms and the Thanksgiving Buffet at the Makana Terrace was our most enjoyable meal. Cocktails were wonderful.

The hotel is excellent and the people are extemely friendly, the service alone is worth. Rooms are beautiful, breakfast buffett is amazing and the Sunday Brunch is AWESOME.

The one good thing the hotel has going for are the views of Hanalei bay and the turndown service is almost like a second round of housekeeping. The room has excellent kona coffee, no restaurant open at night for a family friendly environment and the spa is amazing a well.

Classic European luxury meets hawaiian elegance and the best restaurant. Lovely pool.

The hotel has an old feel to – one that is seemingly out of place in hawai’i, room service is way too expensive.
