  Good location and the little stair ways and the decor. Friendly, helpful staff, clean rooms and excellent tapas meals. Old worldly no pretences central convenience_wine bar.

  The view from the lounge and terrace was brilliant, the staff at Russell Hotel were helpful, the bed was comfortable and the linen impeccably clean.

  The price was very reasonable for the area,and included a very good breakfast, the Russell Hotel was fantastic and the staff @ the front desk were very friendly. Our room was pretty and clean.

  The hotel wa convenient to the opera house, lovely staff and loved the quaintness of the rooms. Fabulous breakfast.

  Excellent value for money in the heart of a fairly expensive city and the old town of Sydney. Very poor facilities.

  Laundry service available and breakfast was good and we found the staff to be friendly.

  The hotel was loud at night from all of the people outside, our room was right above a public bar and this was quite noisy well into the night.

  The location is perfect, the Rocks is a fabulous base camp from to explore all Sydney has to offer and the staff is very professional, helpful and friendly. Internet can be used free for ca 15 minutes, breakfast included in the deal is more than adequate.
