The hotel is exceptionally comfortable with very polite staff who did the check-out. The location is marvellous and the best, at a moderate distance from Berjaya Times Square.

The location is central, short walk to monorail station and many malls, major shopping area with good restaurants within walking distance, and business centre. Dining in The Dark Kl, where you can eat lunch, is just a short walk away from the hotel.

The whole place was fairly clean and the staff were superfriendly and welcoming. The room was reasonably large and fashionable and included a lounge and an ironing set, thoroughly enjoyed it. The hotel was placed in the central location easy to move around by taxi or monorail. Moreover, it's really close to The Royale Bintang, the metro station, monorail, and bus stops are all under 5 minutes away and Berjaya Times Square Theme Park & other shopping centers & restaurants

My favourite property in Kuala Lumpur. The breakfast at 9.40am. Location - good, just off all transport and shops, malls, food places and entertainment and other shopping centers & restaurants. Situated only 1 km from an award-winning shopping mall.

Everything was really good, ideal location close enough to the metro station, monorail, and bus stops are all under 5 minutes away and shopping malls and other transports and shopping centre n restaurant, attentive staff. I was offered an above average and fresh breakfast with ethnic specialities.

Well-maintained and newly decorated room, had a really good stay on a business trip. The bed, which was comfortable. Exceptionally nice location really close to the shopping mall and restaurants, many eateries, and centre; early check-in. Also, close to the nightlife KL has on offer.
