And all the staff i came across were polite i was there and room very comfortable foyer and the lounge bar was very cold. The breakfast was very good and cannot complain about at all.

The room was a twin overlooking the garden and the view of the minister at night was fantastic, the location of the hotel was superb. The breakfast was buffet style and offered a good selection, the staff were lovely,helpful and friendly. The bathroom was large and clean.

The bed in our room was really comfortable and we had an amazing view over looking the minster, the hotel was spacious, clean, the staff were nearly too attentive. The health suite was adequate to again a little tired and breakfast was good.

The location was ideal a 5 to 10 minute walk to the local attractions and historic centre, gorgeous hotel ~ pity about the overheated room, the reception staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. The bathroom was clean and well presented, the breakfast was excellent.
