  Good view of the river, of course, taxis are cheap and most convenient, aside from all the charges, this hotel is shabby at best. The staff are great, rooms are quite large and the restaurant for breafast is VERY generous and lots of choice. My kids really liked the pool no shallow end.

  All important sights easily accessible by boat, the internet cafe across the street is very cheap and restaurants nearby are good value for money. The royal river has a great location in coming from the southern Bangkok bus terminal and hotel is fine. Very helpful staff except reception staff and the breakfast room is especially beautiful in the early morning.

  Lots of good and inexpensive reastaurants nearby, lovely view, the Royal River Hotel offered luxury at affordable prices. The staff were always helpful, the room was clean and spacious, breakfast buffet was fine and plentiful.

  The location was very good for me as i attended a conference that could be reached by boat and the Hotel was clean and very welcoming. The staff were professional, room service was very prompt and reasonable, breakfast consisted of a buffet, was lovely.

  The view of the river is great from the large balcony, other than the cab incident and the location, this is a nice hotel, the reservation staff are helpful and willing to help you. The breakfast used to be excellent.

  Bathroom tap fittings are all old and rusted, as others mentioned, the pool has no shallow end and the deck is slippery.

  The swimming pool and jacuzzi was great for relaxing after a days sightseeing, restaurant food was pretty good quality and price. Staff were very friendly, helpful and polite, the room was very clean and large. The buffet breakfast was superb.
