Overview

Located in the heart of South Beach, the five-star Royal Palm Hotel is close to Ocean Drive and Lincoln Road.

The hotel has two towers, the original Shorecrest Tower with panoramic views over Atlantic ocean, the new Royal Palm Tower, which combines historical Art Deco design with modern refinement.

All 409 rooms feature hand-made furniture, 42-inch flat-screen TVs and high-speed internet access. Some of them have private balconies with panoramic views.

The hotel does not have any restaurants.

The business center offers audio visual equipment. Wi-Fi and wired high-speed internet access are available. Four meeting rooms provide a space up to 1100sq.ft.

The fitness center features state-of-the-art equipment. There are two outdoor swimming pools, one with endless ocean views and one just a few steps from the beach.

The bed was good, the sheets were super soft and the elevators were fast and efficient.
The staff at checkin were very helpful and our room had recently been renovated.

Follow signs to 836 East (Beaches). Take 836 East to 395 East (Miami Beach) to A1A East. At the end of the Causeway, A1A becomes 5th Street. Continue East on 5th Street seven blocks to Collins Avenue. Turn Left (North) on Collins Avenue. The Royal Palm Hotel is on the Left (East) side of the street.

The beach was pristine and chairs and towels were readily available, the pool area was nice, hotel service was a big letdown. The front desk staff were very accommodating and i tried to shower and had at best luke warm water.

Ocean drive is just next door and location is great. The pool area is nice and the hotel is near the beach, the staff have always been helpful, hospitable. Internet service is free.

The room service was the best i have ever had in the country and the bed was SUPER COMFORTABLE and we had a partial view of the ocean. The hotel employees were helpful, front desk staff were pretty nice and the sheets were clean and I had more than my share of towels.

Pool and outside area nice, near the sea, the location of the hotel is the best aspect of hotel. First impressions of the lobby are very good and the staff is friendly. The rooms are comfortable and the food is excellent for all meals.

Very poor facilities that do not deserve a resort fee, the pillow has some yellow stained.
