  The hotel had a nice view of the ocean, staff were great and the room was a spacious 2 bedroom suite on the first floor F120. The bartenders at la palapa pool bar always had a friendly smile for us and the waiters, the food at El Conquistador was excellent and well worth making a reservation for.

  Lovely kitchen fully equipt and comfortable beds. Some great Mexican food and next we liked Caribbean. The facilities, as previously experienced.

  Royal islands facilities was just great and lounges and the Pool area was in 1 word fantastic. Hotel staff were amazing, prices were VERY reasonable and the service was exceptional all around. Our room was very comfortable and the Palapa restaurant was good. All of the employees were helpful, courteous and efficient.

  Great clean facility great beach bar service and excellent ocean view. The hotel was just lovely and the Royal Mayan had the best rate. Staff were very friendly, the personal concierge was extremely helpful and the maids were very nice and did a good job on the room. Tuna salad was fresh and delicious, the pool was kind of cold.

  Lovely beach, amazingly beautiful view and also the staff is very friendly and the hotel was very clean. The in house grocery store is great, prices are good and maid service is available daily except Sunday. The rooms are spotless, the drinks are free and the pools are heated except the Mayan.

  Very nice beach, great location and resorts charge up to $20.00 per day. The staff very friendly, helpful and comfortable room. Well stocked kitchens, another free service of towels and the food at the different restaurants was the best I ever experienced. The pool was lovely.

  The location is great as its right at the beach, the hotel has fancy pools and the staff at the resorts are very respectful and nice. Rooms are very comfortable and clean, the food is cheap.

  The location is near the shopping mall, Cancun is great and staff could not have been more pleasant. The rooms are beautiful and the drinks are strong. The pools are awesome.
