Royal Cambridge Hotel - 剑桥

The location is very good for Cambridge colleges and a comfortable & pleasant stay ideally situation for a short walk into this splendid historic city.

Great location, good quality towels together and the cleaning service was prompt.

The room was so small, we couldn't open the door without hitting the bed.

Our room was so small you had to close the door to get around the bed.

I thought the bathroom was especially nice, with a big tub and a window.

Frankly, the room was not big and we had too suffer some very loud peculiar noises every time you pulled the plug in either the bath or washhand basin.

I have spacious room, the bar is pretty nice too and breakfast is both continental.

Hotel is very conveniently located on Trumpington, minute away from the Fitzwilliam Museum, and very near the colleges; several easily reached eateries (Browns, pastries, seafood restaurant, pastry shop) and convenience shops very close by.

In addition the dining room - divided into several sections - makes things so much more intimate and breakfast is good as part of a deal.

Bathrooms were spotless and food was very good in restaurant.

Excellent breakfast, dinner was okay - kitchen not that skilled but food was well presented and certainly edible.

At the hotel the staff were all fine, indeed the service generally was very good and the beds were comfy and clean.

Staff very helpful, the receptionist pleasant and check-in was quick and efficient.

A comfortable hotel, part of a small chain, in centre of Cambridge, 5 mins walk from Kings College Chapel, with free car parking.
