The staff are absolutely lovely and most unusual extremely comfortable bed I have ever seen.

A wonderful haven in the city, very friendly stuff and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The rooms were elegant, i loved the pillows and the bath was great, for breakfast we ate at Smith of Smithfields was also v nice.
