  The location was amazing, near all the major sights and close to Central Park and 5th avenue, the place was crazy clean. The staff were polite, my room was quite big for NY standards.

  Helpful staff, comfortable room.

  The hotel was perfect, we didn't expect to such a high class hotel and service at the front desk was mediocre and the waitstaff at breakfast was rude.

  Good mid city location, central Park and across the street Red Stone Pizza has the best desserts too. Curtains made feel like home rather than a hotel, the Lobby is nice and staff are very pleasant. The room is really really really bigger than i expected and the restaurant is great for breakfast.
