The River House Resort And Spa

The location on the river is beautiful, the hotel is situated in very peaceful surroundings and the service is friendly and efficient.

The riverfront location of this property is an added plus and we we were treated to a special evening ceremony of candle lighting.

The hotel location on the river is really lovely and quiet, each afternoon the staff brought us fresh fruit to eat in our rooms.

The river view and gorgeous gardens made the hotel very restful even though it is in only ten minutes from the airport and near the heart of the city.

Even our departure was facilitated; airport checking in was taken care of for us and we had our boarding passes given to us as we exited the hotel, making it a smooth and quick passage at the airport.

The room and the bathroom were so beautiful and well designed and so clean that I had no problem walking barefoot and this doesn't happen to me a lot because I have OCD according to my husband!

The accommodation is 5 star at a 3 star price and features 30 deluxe rooms and 6 junior suites overlooking the River Kok.

The rooms are wonderful with an equally nice bathroom.

Breakfast in the restaurant was excellent and the pool was lovely.

The food in the restaurant was excellent the atmosphere was perfect, the staff were the most helpful and room was large and attractive.

Wireless internet was free, the food in the restaurant was good and the garden was so perfect.

Breakfast was served in a very quiet eating area and the hotel was spotless.

The breakfast buffet was wonderful quality and the staff were super nice.

The hotel staff were helpful providing us directions and the service was fabulous.

The setting is beautiful, the staff are also great and the water pressure is strong.

Additionally river House was an excellent base for touring around Chiang Rai and the staff were attentive.

This hotel is wonderful and staff can speak English quite well.

There is a gym, spa and small library with two computers.

The rooms are big and the pool is very large in a charming garden.

Good food, cheap Thai cusine and the swimming pool is huge.

Clean spacious room overlooking the Kok River, quick passage at the airport and the whole hotel is spotless.

Although it has been a while since I stayed at River House in Chiang Rai, I will say that the decor was just gorgeous, the room was spotless and luxurious and I can't wait to go back.
