The location is perfect, nearly all good 5* London hotels treat you and the staff i think is too comfortable.
The Bvlgari bathroom amenities are a nice change to the usual suspects, the Rivoli bar is very elegant and the breakfast is exquisite.
The bed was comfy, the Rivoli Bar was great and the pillows were fine too.
