  The hotel has a nice lounge and restaurant we ate a few meals, the staff were generally very polite, helpful and genuine. The room was extremely comfortable.

  The hotel has direct access to the excellent la sports club and the rooms are very clean, and the linens are fabulous. The food presentations are amazing and the staff is extremely attentive.

  Our hotel room was a decent size for two people and a dog, and the bathrooms were very nice as well, the staff were amazing as was the 5 daily food.

  Staff mostly good a little bit obsequious at times and comfy bed. Clean, convenient, wonderful restaurant and various other beverages.

  Not the best location for fun and the only place I have ever stayed that I had such poor reception on my phone.

  Very comfortable room and bed, great food.

  My worst ritz stay, old style for old money and the front desk wasn't helpful either. Wine choices were very poor.

  Nice walking distance to Georgetown, excellent location and the hotel is good for conferences. The style of the interior is traditional ritz carlton and the service is incredible. The beds are extremely comfortable and warm towels at reception to refresh ourselves after the flight. In the near future, a new restaurant is opening at the property.

  For the price, there is not a better deal in dc and the gym is operated as a public gym, and on the day we stayed , was closed.

  The location is perfect and the staff are extremely helpful, the Ritz Carlton Washington DC is a great hotel, excellent home base for gw univ. The customer service is amazing, the bathrooms in particular are huge and the new restaurant is fantastic. Beverage presentations are always very nice.

  The location is very safe and extremely quiet at night, one of the best hotels I have stayed at, the restaurant in the lobby is open late, and the food is great. The staff is wonderful, bathrooms are excellent.

  Good location, depends on you're looking for and beautiful hotel. We liked the lobby area, was upscale and elegant, the staff at the Ritz were all very polite and most helpful, my room was on the 4th floor and the room was very spacious. The food presentations were excellent.

  The location is good, and the fitness facilities are exceptional, the Bar downstairs is a perfect place. The staff in the club lounge is simply the best, rooms are great.

  The breakfasts are delightful served in pretty surroundings, the location is excellent and one of my favorite things about the place, the facilities are nice and the service was great. The rooms are luxuriously comfortable and the staff is formally friendly.
