Service was super, the Concierge was very helpful to us on several occasions and the rooms were more than spacious.

Great location and fantastic decor. Price we paid via our corporate rate seemed high, service was super and the Concierge was very helpful to us on several occasions. The rooms were very big, bar had a mixologist prepared the most exotic drinks ever and caramelized onion sandwich that was quite tasty.

Great location, a superb stay and some lovely art in the lobby. The staff were extremely friendly, the concierge was able to get someone to buy a duffell bag first thing in morning and room was super clean and well appointed. Some drinks at the toca bar was very good, food was fantastic and the swimming pool was perfect for everyone.

Surroundings are perfect, excellent Hotel in the middle of the city and the lobby is absolutely gorgeous. The staff are beyond wonderful, rooms are beautiful and dvd player put up and powered on. The food is delicious and the waiters are personable professional.

Gorgeous lobby and restaurants, beautiful Hotel and excellent staff engaged in conversation from doorman to cleaners. Bottled water are complimentary and lol The bar is nicely stocked. Breakfast service is good, spotless and comfortable and a decent choice for travellers on an expense account, the pool on the 5th floor is AMAZING.

The breakfast buffet was very nice compare to some of the other hotels, service was great and the concierge was very helpful in organizing a rental car to the Niagara Falls. The bathroom was beautiful, the food was delicious and the gym was nicely equipped.

Great place to stay during the tiff, very friendly staff and large bathtub separate walk in shower. Outdoor electric lamps and even blanket are provided, all drinks are complimentary. The spa is large, bright, fresh.
