Beautiful common areas, excellent Hotel and for the price we paid and the problems we had, no way. Concierge and front lobby staff and bellman were wonderful, our room was lovely. The food selection was superb and the manager was nice.

Location albeit not in the downtown area was great and the car service from the hotel was excellent. The staff were superb and the pool and hot tub on the 15th floor was also remarkable. The breakfast had smoked salmon, and various other decadent choices.

The bar and lounge areas are welcoming as are the staff, the hotel is very pleasant, the lobby lounge is very comfortable. Service was perfect as is expected in a ritz carlton, room is spacious and breakfast is great. The rooftop pool is beautiful.

The pool has a great view of the city and the andes, the hotel must have the best bellmen and concierge in town, the staff is very helpful. Room service is very good and the spa on the roof is simply amazing.

Many good restaurants within easy walking distance, and close to the metro, the Ritz Carlton in Santiago is EXCELLENT, staff is very friendly. The rooms are ok, the beds very comfortable and as mentioned before, the gym, spa and pool is wonderful.
