  The service at the beach and pool were great, the location was hands down the best on St. The hotel staff were excellent, our room was perfect for us, well appointed and roomy, and all of the food was extremely good.

  The bay is sheltered makes for ideal raft floating and the staff are fabulous and the view unparalleled. This hotel is superb, service is also great and the rooms are beautiful and luxurious. Food on the property is decent and the spa facility is very nice, my manicurist/pedicurist was wonderful.

  Great food right on the beach and the layout of the hotel is beautiful. First the rooms in the recently renovated section are paper thin, the pools are fabulous.

  Away from the airport and is not at all conveniently located to anything, breakfast is particularly expensive.

  The service you get is second to none and the quality of everything was amazing, the beds are very comfortable and the pool is one of the nicest.

  Romantic setting and excellent Service. Free bottled water as well and just drinks. The pool is great.

  The room was not worth we paid and the food at the restaurant was the most disappointing part of the experience. The pools were great as well.

  There goes the romantic dinner, good food and really nice pool.

  Very rude at the airport and service very slow at restaurants beach. The one on the hotel side has the water activities and is a bit more crowded.

  The pool area is wonderful, the Ferry is very accessible from the Ritz and the best snorkeling on the island is the Marine Park at the Ritz. The hotel is beautiful, great Bay Lounge has excellent sushi Chef Vinny is awesome and rooms are big and nicely appointed. The food is delicious, the Westin Spa in Grand Cayman is fantastic and in a class of its own compared to this.

  Cabs will eat you alive $20 one way to red hook for 4 and the infinity pool that overlooks the ocean is awesome. The beach and private bay provided a wonderful view, and st. john is right across the way, this hotel is beautiful, the service staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious, clean and the food is average at best.

  The beach was amazing and our room was ocean view and very nice and clean and actually very pretty. The hotel was great and prices were reasonable. The service was superb, the concierge sent up two large complimentary plates of fruit and the food was average at best. The spa at the ritz was fantastic too.

  The beach was beautiful as was the infinity pool and the view each morning was magnificent and the food was very good. This hotel was absolutely fantastic, the staff, particularly the concierge were extremely helpful and our room was unremarkable and the bathroom disappointing. Every meal we had was excellent, the gym was great.
