Located in the suburbs, The Ritz-Carlton, St. Louis feels more like a big city hotel, offering a gorgeous business oriented sanctuary in Clayton, just eight miles west of Downtown, with a definite upper class outlook. The rooms are petite and comfortable, with marble baths, the service is amazingly amicable, there are jazz bands which play in the lobbies during weekends, and an on-site restaurant.

        The lobby was amazing and neatly arranged, hotel staff were pleasant and accommodating, the service was excellent as expected. The room was great, the towels and toiletries provided were top notch, and everything was spotless, the manager Miranda was just lovely, and the food was presented perfectly.

        The lobby bar is a fun social scene and the gym is acceptable, the hotel itself is quite beautiful, the service is excellent and fast. The rooms are large and the breakfast and lunch buffets are worth.

        Lovely lobby, above average rooms, helpful staff, louis hotel is far better and service is fine at all levels. Beds very comfortable, spacious marble bathrooms and the food is excellent. The facilities are beautiful.
