Friendly and professional staff, very comfortable bedroom. Nicely stocked mini bar, nice deep bathtub and robes, plenty of great restaurants a block away. Fantastic choice.

The public areas are wonderful, the room is wood paneled, and reflects the historic nature of the hotel, the building itself is interesting and well maintained. The lobby is spectacular, staff are great and the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in.

Prices for mini bar a lil high couldnt get a massage appointment, food wasn't good at the GRILLThe vault is closed and cheap wine and champagne and no other drinks out at cocktail hour. One of the rude managers knocked on our door at 4pm to tell us check out time is 5pm and gym is very small and has nearly no equipment.

Central location for business and great stay. Beautiful lobby and excellent, adorable staff, the concierge held our luggage for us we were able to check in. The bathroom was huge and the bathrobe was plush and comfortable. The tv hadn't been wired in, and all the light bulbs had blown, food was delicious.

Excellent location and enjoyable Stay. The lobby was beautiful and all of the staff that we encountered were very friendly. Room service was also great and the juice was fresh and delicious. Menu was simple, the concierges were particularly impressive and spa was very nice also.
