The location is remote, but this large, palatial resort has everything you could want. When you check in, you get a chilled towel and lemonade. The rooms are incredible, the food is delectable, and the activities are great. The spas offer a multitude of treatments from around the world. The staff is also great with kids.

Professional staff ease of location and its fountains are lovely. The hotel is beautiful and the spa at Grand Lakes is nicely done as well. The service throughout the resort is beyond fabulous, great shower and separate tub and private toilet, the buffet breakfast is much better in the JW, and we ate there most mornings.

Lovely gathering area downstairs and probably one the best Spas in the country. Excellent stay once again, big Price and the lobby lounge staff is amazing. The beds are comfy and restaurants are great. The outside grounds and facilities are wonderful.

A wonderful toddler pool area for little kids and very Nice Stay. Great service and facilities, the bed was as comfortable as any we've had and the bathroom the last word in luxury. The food was excellent and the Spa was superb.

The location is perfect for escaping to the occasional tourist destination, the staff at this hotel is incredibly helpful and friendly, the service is exceptional and the rooms beautiful. Vineyard grill is much better, wines by the glass are good too and the best spa I have ever visited.

Fitness center is the best my wife, this hotel is well worth the money and the staff is helpful, the service is fantastic. I just expected that the food would be good and george Butts played beautiful music in the lounge and the spa is exceptional.

We arrived at the room and the view was awesome, staff very very helpfull and the pool setting was beautiful. The service was also excellent and concierge was great. The layout of the suite was exceptional and the breakfast buffet had lots of fresh rasberries and blue berries.

Lots of different pool areas at the marriott allow for a very uncrowded environment, the place is beautiful and the staff are pleasant and helpful as all Ritz staff are. The spa is incredible.

Instead of walking around a historic city, here we were stranded, the decor was upscale, calming and beautiful, the staff were very nice and attentive. Room service was very quick, drinks were great and the pool was very clean and well set out.

Lovely stay in oralndo and staff is incredible. Drinks and nibbles at the pool are totally reasonable, the spa that is situated between the Ritz the Marriot was very nice.
