This excellent hotel at the tip of Manhattan has amazing views, flawless service, and a great 14th-floor bar. The rooms are lavish, and the Liberty View ones have telescopes so guests can look at New York Harbor. Be forewarned: The taxi fare to Midtown is $20, and it's difficult to get a cab after hours.

In a great location, lovely and Quiet Battery Park Ritz, the hotel staff is professional, courteous. The service is excellent and huge windows that overlooked the harbor and Statue of Liberty. The martini bar is nice too and restaurant downstairs is consistently good.
