The rooms are beautiful here, the location is incredible, and the suites have breathtaking views. The rooms feature soundproofed windows, and the BLT Market restaurant run by Chef Laurent Tourondel has received high praise. The La Prairie spa is exceptional and the staff is impeccable and calls you by your name.

Location excellent, a disappointing stay and well worth the money. The lobby areas are exquisite as is the lounge and the lifts up to the bedrooms, the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful especially Jenny on reception. The rooms are nice, the food is delicious and the service fantastic.
