  Nice facilities and prompt, courtious staff, great beds, good food, very entertaining.

  Upon returning to the hotel at 5 pm, room had not been cleaned, also the armchair was stained and felt a bit sticky, the concierge was too busy to call us back.

  The location is superb and this hotel is beautiful, luxurious and welcoming. The rates are very reasonable in honor of the reopening and the staff is friendly. The bed is absolutely heavenly and the spa, , is nice.

  Excellent situation and good atmosphere. Escorted upstairs to the beautiful lobby, friendly staff and the Concierge desk was very helpful in making reservations. The room was big, the bar were all superb and sweet Tea you returned from walking was great.

  Within 10 minutes, we had 3 excellent rooms in close proximity and the hotel was beautiful and the staff were impeccable. The service was wonderful, the Concierge was unpretentious and very helpful, the bathroom, small, had a great shower. One of our best meals was at a little restaurant, elizabeth's, in bywater and the Spa was nice.

  The location is great, just a block over from Bourbon Street and for any visitors to New Orleans, this is a great evening activity. The staff is excellent.

  Our room was a city view on the 7th floor that gave us an exceptional view of canal st, the hotel was attractive and well furnished, the staff were very welcoming and friendly. The bed was very comfortable and food was great. The spa too, was fantastic.

  I used the fitness center just for the treadmill and seemed fine, beautiful hotel. The service was incredible, cleanliness of the room was very good and the spa was great especially Michie in the salon.
