The sheets were clean and dinner were much better in terms of food.
The staff was very friendly, the bed was big.

Great location and an enjoyable stay. Bar food and drinks in the lobby were excellent, the staff were amazing. The room itself was very comfortable and panoramic elevator took us to the roof top we were met.

The terrace has a great view and excellent sushi, the location of the hotel is very comfortable, the lobby itself is very beautiful. The staff are very attentive and helpful, rooms are large for any luxury standards, not just. The o2 bar is fabulous and the restaurants are also nice.

The 02 bar at the top is a must, you have great views of The Kremlin and the hotel has a pool, sauna, and gym as well. Service and facilities are all excellent, the rooms are beautiful and spacious, the spa and fitness are is gorgeous.

Excellent service, outstanding location and the o2 lounge make this experience unforgetable, overall, the hotel is beautiful and the beds are extremely comfortable. Hotel location is absolutely perfect and the staff is welcoming and available. Bathrooms are very clean, excellent O2 Bar on the top floor and used the Gym is nice a walk to The Kremlin is better.
