  Puerto rico is a beautiful island, pool area are spotless and lovely, this hotel is very near the airport. Staff here are excellent and rooms are nice. Kind of a bummer that the bar is no longer there, the restaurants at the Ritz are worth the price and the Caribbean is great as the gambling age is 18.

  Friendly beach service; you can use booked, the pool area at night is beautiful and this hotel is more quiet, relaxed you can have a lot of fun. The staff in the club level are wonderful, beds are comfy and cozy, and there's a huge flat screen TV, the food at the RITZ is really good. The gym / spa are excellent.

  In the islands even luxury resorts work a bit different and the pool and beach area are beautiful. This hotel is fantastic and the staff will go out of there way to make the trip enjoyable for you. Nice flat screen thin panel lcd televisions and drinks are reasonable too.

  The beach resturant is very nice, the area is close to downtown is near by to everything and the Hotel from the inside and out is BEAUTIFUL. Uniformly the staff is pleasant, friendly, knowledgable and are well trained, the pool boys also bring around dry towels in the afternoon, this restaurant is considered “creative Caribbean” and is very good.

  The pool is elegant, the beach is superbly maintained and spotless, the hotel grounds are beautiful. The service at the ritz could have been much better, the food is very good and the staff repeatedly extended themselves for us.

  The pool view room worked well for us and hotel was fantastic. Bathroom was very nice and ultra clean, the formal restaurant was amazing.

  Spacious pool area, great Stay and not far away and pretty cheap on prices. Beautiful including the lobby, very attentive staff and the rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. The food and service at mares was very good.

  Great stay at the ritz and well worth the price. Wonderful grand lobby, friendly staff and the rooms are beautiful and have big bathrooms. The worst Mexican restaurant i have ever been to, the the way the pool is lit up at night just takes your breath away.

  Great hotel in san juan and service was fantastic. The rooms were nice, food – we ate at Mares …food was good and the pool was beautiful.

  Enjoyable stay at the ritz and helpful staff. Rooms clean and comfortable, big plasma screen tv, computer desk and a loveseat. Nice sheets and pillows, light lunch, exceptional dinner service. The pool is huge.

  Best hotel i ever stay in puertor rico, friendly service and the room was nice and clean. Food great and walked back to the ritz each nite.

  The beach just outside of the hotel was very nice, our room was on the Club Level and the staff there was SUPERB, the food was delicious and the service warm and friendly.

  I just returned from a 4 night stay at this ritz and friendly staff. Nice, large flat screen tv, fresh towels twice daily and i ordered a pizza for myself and tasted great. Pool – is extremely nice.

  The hotel itself is very very nice, the staff really goes out of its way to be friendly and accomodating.

  The water is not beautiful and food and drinks in the resort are expensive.
