The location is great and a short drive will get you to various boutiques. The hotel is magnificent and service was always fast and staff are very friendly. The rooms have wonderful bedding.

The ada room view was spectacular, lunch and cocktail settings had a pretty good wine selection too, the lobby, restaurant, and bar were elegant and luxurious. The staff were extraordinarily attentive and the bathroom had seen its better days. Breakfast was just superb, the gym was nice, and the pool and jacuuzi were awesome.

We just expected more luxurious surroundings from the ritz carlton, nice Business Hotel and the housekeeping staff were wonderful too. Room size was perfect and the Gym was awesome.

That staff were very warm and welcoming, on the upside, the bed was very comfortable.

The fitness center and men's locker rooms were awful, i ended up walking to dinner because hotel car was not available, the food was no longer stellar either.
