The service at The Ridge At Playa Grande was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We were welcomed with personalized messages and surprises in our room. The poolside bar staff, especially Liliana and Javier, were friendly and made the most delicious drinks. The restaurant staff, such as Miranda and Alberto, provided excellent customer service and made us feel like family. The beach parties and activities were so much fun. I highly recommend this resort for a fantastic vacation experience.

This hotel is equal to 5 stars. People were FRIENDLY and ready to render a good service. Nice when managing staff remembers you. It's very close to Tequila Shark with nice drinks and cocktails.

overall, it's good base for exploring cabo san lucas attractions. the restaurant had wonderful food.

The service at the infinity pool was exceptional, and the view of the ocean and surrounding areas was stunning! We also enjoyed having access to multiple pools and restaurants.

The room was not in the best condition, and we even found a cockroach crawling around. the experience was not worth the price we paid.

Staying here was an ultimate luxurious experience, as all my exclusive amenities needs were fulfilled. The outdoor swimming pool was fantastic with the sun loungers and beach umbrellas surrounding it. The Spa & wellness centre was amazing too. The treatments which included full body massage, body wraps, beauty treatment, facial, pedicure, manicure. The private facilities offered were extremely comfortable and relaxing. The hotel's restaurant, bar/lounge area, and snack bar were all high-class, and the packed lunches, special diet menus, and private dining services were the cherry on top.

Although the service and location advantages were phenomenal, I did notice a minor issue during my stay. The Jacuzzi was somewhat outdated and the sauna didn't seem to function smoothly.

The resort was well maintained and clean. The pools were great and provided a warm and comfortable experience. The security was top-notch and the staff were friendly and engaging with guests. The all-inclusive package was reasonable and provided great value. The rooms had stunning views of the ocean and there were multiple choices for dining with good options for those not on the all-inclusive plan.

The beach was not suitable for swimming and could be dangerous.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly, and they efficiently accommodated my mobility problems by relocating me to a room closer to the elevator and pool area. The hotel facilities were clean and spacious, providing stunning views of the surrounding area. Additionally, the breakfast was great, particularly the eggs.
