The place was quiet, we would return here. The hotel's location was marvellous and lovely, away from restaurant with the Christmas market and a market within walking distance. Also, the accommodation was only 1 km from The Cavern Club.

I stayed in the room that was not cleaned or clean towels and available with a dining table, microwave, a lovely bathroom with a decent shower. Particularly good and unbeatable setting for what I needed.

We had a really good time staying at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and warm, with lovely decor, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Parking was easy and good value with the hotel discount, and there was a nice café opposite the entrance. We also enjoyed the restaurant area, which had a nice period building vibe to it.

The restaurant was large for breakfast here, I had amazing dishes. It included a TV set, working WiFi, and a safe box, even though the views were not so good. The location to a cathedral and an art gallery was particularly good for what I needed. Stayed here before and would book again.
As for me, the area was not good.

Really enjoyed surprisingly spacious rooms.
The hotel was enchanting and fairly clean, with absolutely lovely and positive staff in the service here. The location in a local area was marvellous and fab and there were a Christmas market and a market nearby. We ate at a great restaurant for breakfast.
