  The view from the balcony was a big disappointment and our stay at the Richardson Hotel Spa was fantastic. The rooms were pleasant in a nondescript style, the reception was very nice and next morning, the checkout was very simple. The whole suite was spotless, breakfast restaurant was excellent.
