The Residence Tunis and its sumptuous thalasso-spa combine the sensual elegance of its Arab-Andalusian architecture with the refined services of one of the “Leading Hotels of the World”.

The 155 rooms and nine suites welcome into their luxurious decor, decorated in nuanced tones and bathed in filtered light. In this voluptuous ambiance whites and natural colours alternate, the golden honey wood shimmers, the ivory marble of Alicante floors sparkles.

Li Bai restaurant provides authentic Chinese Imperial cuisine in a luxurious setting. L'Olivier venue, with a terrace overlooking the pool, features Mediterranean specialties and seafood. Alfresco dining is also available at the Poolside Grill from June to September.

All of them have a sofa corner and a private balcony and are subtly perfumed with the relaxing fragrance of orange blossom.

L’Olivier welcome to start a day with a delicious and varied breakfast buffet offering a choice of “Mlaoui” (traditional Tunisian breads), warm organic breads, omelettes with seasonal vegetables and delicate pastries. The lunch and dinner menus wonderfully reflect the flavors and colors of Mediterranean cooking. Open from 6.30am to 11pm indoors or on the terrace.

Crimson lacquered seats, delicate porcelains and objects d’art of the Li Bai restaurant combine to create an exotic environment. The menu offers traditional cuisine from Imperial China. Open 7pm to midnight.

Poolside Bar & Grill serves a light savory lunch on a terrace overlooking the turquoise swimming pool. In the evenings, guest can enjoy a romantic dinner with music beneath the stars. Open daily, April to October, from 10am to 5pm, from end of June to September, from 9am to midnight.

El Dar restaurant menu offers spiced scents of Tunisian dishes and fresh mint tea amidst the fruity aromas of water pipes. Open from 7pm to 11pm.

Néroli is an integral part of Les Thermes Marins de Carthage; this salad bar serves light meals in Spring and Autumn. Open from 10am to 11:30pm.

The Lounge is the ideal meeting place for hotel guests and the Tunisian jet-set. Open from 8am to 1am.

El dar served sumptuous Tunisian cuisine in an attractive authentic setting, the staff were really helpful and rooms were kept very clean and were comfortable. The choice of restaurants and food was good and accommodating.

The pool and beach very nice, view is great, this hotel is calm, cool and elegant. Staff is very friendly and the rooms are pleasant and kept very clean. The 3 restaurants are good and very kid friendly, breakfast is excellent.

The Chinese here is just tasteless veggies, not that decent, worst Spa experience ever.

Our room was sea facing and functional, a view over the pool was lovely especially in the morning as faced east, elegant hotel located on the outskirt of Tunis. Service was great, and the meeting venue was perfect, the lobby was gorgeous, all staff were very nice and helpful. The bed was large and comfortable, food was good, local Rose wine worthwhile.

The pool area is exceptionally large and the pool staff were great, a fantastic place to relax after a business meeting, service to be excellent. Bathrooms are nearly spectacular, the Italian buffet night is by far the best and spa is adequate good value for money.

The pool area is good as was the beach and the atmosphere in the hotel is just perfect. Service is amazing and the rooms are lovely and very well appointed. “the golf” restaurant in la marsa is a better option.

Hotel personnel in general very polite, helpful, and friendly, the spa treatments are very nice and the staff too. The room is charming, the breakfast is one of the best buffets we've ever experienced.
