  Food was excellent and the quality of all servies was sensitive and well delivered, everyone on the staff were very helpful and friendly, our meals were all wonderful.

  The service the best, again, for you pay, you're getting good food and nice menu selections.

  Bermuda's reputation as expensive is well earned, the regular rooms have not been updated and are very small.

  The view was incredible and the overseas news stations were quite entertaining. The reefs was the best and the beach was one of the most beautiful beaches we have stayed on. Maid service was excellent, the bathroom had a wonderful rainfall shower and jacuzzi tub, the seafood buffet at Grill 56 was awesome. Dinner was delicious and the desserts were fabulous, used The Spa was very good.

  Best location, port O'Call and the Barracuda were wonderful, the sea was crystal clear and The Reefs very close by for snorkeling. The hotel staff were all very friendly and service was prompt and efficient. Our room was great and the food was superb.

  The view from the room was spectacular, the beach attendents were very attentive and Bermuda was exactly that and The Reefs was the perfect resort to stay at. The service was excellent, the bathroom was also very disappointing and staff could not be more accomodating and the food was outstanding by any standards. All of dinners were also good.

  Beautiful location and my favorite meal is breakfast served near the fountain in the conservatory. The reefs is fantastic and food at all 3 venues is very good. The beach is lovely and service is excellent. The bathrooms are incredible, the pictures of the pool do not do justice, is really nice.

  The reefs has a beautiful location and ocean Echo is great for breakfast. This hotel is simply amazing and the staff inside is wonderful. The dining room is delightful and food is fantastic.

  The beach is fantastic and the staff is wonderful; food is great; and the view is the best on the Island. Bermuda is clean and safe and georgous, the service is wonderful. The pool is very small as is the hot tub, the restaurants are good too and the menu is creative and the presentation superb.

  Relaxing, beautiful beach and this means a higher ceiling and perhaps a slighly better view. Fantastic 40th @ The Reefs and great staff. Suite as the layout is a bit more comfortable, the food is delicious.

  The reefs' beach is the absolute best feature of the property, the staff is very good and prompt and the view from the outdoor restaraunt in breakthtaking, the hotel is lovely and the setting fantastic. In room breakfast is a great way to start the day and grill 56 has an excellent seafood buffet on Friday nights.

  Windy roads, beautiful breezes, amazing ocean cliffs and the view was fabulous and we later agreed we were paying for that view and the exclusiveness of. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, afternoon Tea at The Reefs was disappointing compared to Waterloo House. Daily maid service was minimal at best, food was excellent, rooms were good and breakfast was always wonderful.

  Of the 3 restaurants we liked coconuts on the beach and ocean echo the best, the food is excellent and the view is fantastic, the hotel staff are extremely helpful. A hot tub is attached to the pool.

  The reefs and 's staff are among the best on the island of Bermuda, view from all the rooms is amazing, the setting of Coconuts just above the beach is picture book. The beds/pillows are comfy and furnishings are adequate.
