If you arrive at Shanghai Pudong International Airport, you can reach the hotel by car in 45 minutes, just drive along the highway via LuPu Bridge to YanAn highway and exit at HuaShan Road. Good location good food, nice Japanese market underground and the Jing'an park is beautiful and watch the Tai chi practicioners in the morning there. The place is gorgeous and decoration is superb. Service is great, the concierge bent over backwards to be helpful, as well and the staff are helpful and the rooms are just perfect.

Good location and fantastic hotel. Main lobby is spectacular design, staff are courteous and the manager is a delightful gentleman greeted us on arrival. The bed is amazing and the signature long bar one could have drinks. The pillows are amongst the best i have ever experienced, breakfast/brunch are fine and pool is fabulous.

The design was just mindblowing, tea in the lobby was superb and staff were also extremely courteous and friendly. The room was comfortable, modern, all the things in the mini bar were free and the food was fine. The concierge was very helpful, the pool was especially great.

Warm welcome by the general manager of puli at reception and the fruit at room, the service is good, water play together in a very nice combination. Long bar to have a drink after a day of touring and restaurant is a bit disappointing food wise. Spa are fantastic.
