Plaza Suites Santa Clara - 圣克拉拉

The location was perfect for the Twin Creeks ball park and the hotel was good for a business stay.

Pro: Great location, hotel clerks were very kind and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The location were fine and the hotel was clean.

The hotel is very close to the airport, downtown SJ and to highway 101.

Another thing about the hotel, they pick you up and take you back to the airport.

Rooms are clean and good size – furniture and TV / VCR in the living room is a little (or a lot) outdated but TV in the bedroom is adequate.

When the sofa bed was pulled out there wasn't room to move around at all (furniture was all pushed together to make space for the pull out).

Room was clean, nicely decorated, and bed was VERY nice and comfy.

Suites were nice a super bed with soft and hard pillows which I liked.

Great beds, pillows, bathroom and we even had robes and slippers!

The fact that your stay includes a great breakfast bar, friendly staff and every morning in a nicely appointed dining room.

Rooms were clean, cocktail hour in the bar was very relaxing and enjoyable, the breakfast was very good too.

For free drinks at the bar and best breakfast.

I tried their new restaurant and it was fantastic, good prices for a hotel restaurant as well as good food.

We thought the breakfast was superior to an Embassy Suites - eggs or omlette cooked to order with a nice selection of side dishes.

I can only tell you how wonderful the staff, maids, rooms, and service were each day!

An incredible value for the price we paid, the front desk staff was polite and the room itself was exactly I expected - spacious.

The staff was helpful, the room service was prompt and pillows were very comfortable and clean.

A very nice hotel, the staff being really helpful and friendly, room service was fast.

The hotel staff did not stop kids/adults who left the pool driping wet ran past the hotel staff in the lobby and continued to drip dry on the elevator.

There is a parking structure on site and paved sidewalks in the area to get out for a walk.

And the pool area in the courtyard is wonderful for kids, with a grassy area for them to play on.

Rooms are clean and the drinks are supposed to be free.

We were allowed to check in early and the staff was helpful with directions - the room was nice and the pool was warm and clean - we had a room right by the pool and had no issues with any noise from other people.

The hotel offers free shuttle service to, the rooms are very nice and clean, complimentry breakfast in morning is good.

The building and rooms were clean as a whistle!
