The location is great, ideally located close to the main Rail Station and the whole atmosphere of the hotel is lovely.

Great location and excellent hotel located near to Piccadilly Station ideal for the City Centre shops etc very well equiped appartments spacious.

The building is a quick and easy walk (about five minutes) from Manchester Piccadilly Station which makes for easy transfers to the airport and other cities in the UK.

Firstly the location is perfect as you can walk from Piccadilly Station (with frequent and direct connections from the airport) to all the attractions of the city ie SHOPS!

Some of the two-bed apartments would appear to have the open-plan sitting room/kitchen and one bedroom also looking out onto the atrium.

There were two bedrooms with a double bed in each, two full bathrooms, full kitchen with all necessary pots, dishes, silverware and utensils, good size sitting room and dining table.

The furniture in the other rooms (2 Bed apartments) looked newer.

We had a two bedroom apartment which was huge with a bathroom plus and on suite, large kitchen and living/dining area.

Last year, we had a two bedroom apartment and this year had a deluxe two bed which was enormous and wonderful.

The restaurant is useful during the day, will send food up to your room, and does breakfast (not included in our room rate).

We found the breakfast at the adjacent restaurant to be the only negative aspect.

We didn't eat here, nor had breakfast due to previous reviewers, there are plenty of places to pick up breakfast and we ate well in china town in the evening.

The kitchen has enough utensils and cookware to make a reasonable meal if one gets tired of restaurants (and after three weeks of travel, we were tired of restaurants).

While the environment is interesting, the food was uninspired especially at 10 Pounds for breakfast -- but this is a minor complaint.

Friendly and helpful reception staff and good maid service.

Reception staff helpful, and cleaning staff really good.

Lovely friendly polite staff on reception, fantastic apartment which wanted for nothing.

50 a night car parking removed from our bill.

The communal areas,corridors,elevators and the"exclusive glass elevator"for the penthouses were also filthy.

Excellent check in service and car parking available.

The flats were great with a well kitted out kitchen, good size living area, and clean and tidy bedroom.

I was allowed to check in early, parking was included, the apartment was very clean, had everything we needed and I could not fault it at all.

The staff were fantastic and room was clean.

The staff are superb, rooms are big and clean, the restaurant is useful during the day.
