The Pillars at New River Soundhotel was built in 1938 and was remodeled in 2001.

La Veranda: The elegant restaurant has wide windows overlooking the secular private park. It enhances the pleasures of the table with disches which mingle the creativity and the secrets of an excellent Tuscan cuisine.

The Giusti Bar: The Giusti Bar, next to the frescoed Giusti Hall, offers traditional cocktails and health drinks, including a wide selection of creative blends of teas and infusions.

The Bar at the Spa: Next to the spa hall, it offers coffee, cocktails and a wide range of snack.
