Great location, brilliant stay and the staff were very accommodating and pleasant.

    Super views and surrounding park was lovely. Moreover the hotel was beautiful, staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the concierge were excellent. The room was good, the heavy light-excluding curtains were also appreciated and the food was delicious and exceptional.

    I liked the view, near to Richmond Park and lovely outdoor eateries/bars on the river. Furthermore hotel restaurant exceptional and a beautiful building. The price includes a very generous and excellent staff.

    An old English style here, rooms small and breakfast ends to early - 9H30. The menu extremely good and facilities are very clean.
