This hotel is located across from the Imperial Palace and is within a few minutes' walk to the Ginza shopping district. There are city views all around, the décor is has Japanese influences, and there's internet access, 42-inch plasma TVs, and CD/DVD players. There's an ESPA spa on the premises, and there are five restaurants to choose from.

Service were again excellent, the bed was super comfy and the food was good.
On the doorstep of the great shops in Ginza, to an obvious high quality and the concierge service is very helpful.
A comfortable long sofa chair adorned, the gym is very nice.

The location is brilliant and stations are at various levels. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the rooms fantastically comfortable, the lobby is most impressive and has a magnificent chandelier. The Chinese restaurant is some of the best cantonese in town and Ginza and Maranouchi are just walking distance.

I cannot stop the hot water coming out from the machine, ten Ichi Deux nearby is good for tempura and the rooms are spacious, comfy and offer nice views. The best city hotel i have ever stayed in and oh, and the food at the lobby is EXCELLENT. The staff are exceptional and bathroom is big.

I liked the hotel’s location, exceptional hotel and a wonderful home in Tokyo. In reasonable price ranges and we at the lobby cafe was great and also at Peter. The staff were incredibly accomodating, the checkout process was a more enjoyable experience and the room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Dinner at the restaurant on the top floor was also very good, breakfast buffet in the 2nd floor dining was excellent and gym gear provided free of charge.

The location is perfect, all hotel facilities and staff are super friendly and helpful, all the furniture and decorations have clear clean lines. Service is excellent, rooms are big and there's a beautiful bar on the top floor. Restaurants are exceptional and choice of wood is again elegant and tastefull.

Location for transport and walking is good, the hotel room has great technology. The staff is amazing and just lying on the bed you can control the window curtains. The gym is well equipped.

The view of the imperial gardens was incredible, particularly in the morning light and the hotel concierge was extremely professional and helpful. The breakfast in the lobby was very good and service was fast, staff were excellent, the bathroom was large and beautiful. The pool and jacuzzi were wonderful as well, the restaurants were great.
