The venue is pleasant and chic with superbly friendly staff. Heated swimming pool and good location very close to the restaurants, a large roundabout and the Moroccan restaurant. A really nice way to end my trip.

The hotel lived up to its five-star rating in every way, with one minor exception: the shampoo and conditioner provided in the room were not to my liking. However, this is a minor issue compared to the excellent dining options, the top-of-the-line spa treatments, and the unparalleled service.

I had an amazing time at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help me out. The location was perfect, within walking distance of popular attractions like the jemaa el-fna square. The hotel facilities including the rooftop Japanese restaurant and the thermal areas were stunning and kept very clean.
