Friendly security guards on street, convenient location and the staff are the best in the hotel industry. The breakfast is meduim and has free wireless on the lobby area, elevator bell boys are nice server are great, food is a strength well cooked and appetising. Pool is basic and fine.

Good location near sskytrain and fast food joints, great value. No bellboy service, could be handy as lobby is on level 9, staff is friendly and the room is one of a kind as well as the clean swimming pools.

Excellent value for money and the location being near to the small Times building Mall. Good for the price, a helpful staff and big Clean rooms Buffet B/fast. The food is the great.

Toilet seat broken and managers/ supervisors are not even available for comments and complaints.

A farily comfortable place to stay for a modearate price, pleasant staff and the shower and the amenities was good. We ordered food from the restaurant and was there in 20 minutes and hot.

Just behind the hotel on taft blvd and manager and rest of staff were polite and professional. The rooms were quiet and the restaurant and bar was really good and exceptional value for money.

An excellent buffe breakfast and good choice.

I witnessed a rather nasty confrontation in the lobby regarding this, old hotel and front Desk Service was not very friendly. The room was pretty worn.
